Shipping & Returns ABOUT FREE SHIPPING: free shipping applies only to our customers in the continental U.S. not including: Alaska, Hawaii,  Canada, Puerto Rico,& Mexico. All overseas orders must be ordered by email or through the webstore, not ebay. We do not ship guitars overseas, UNLESS they are a bolt on neck, and we can remove the neck and pack the guitar more safely. We DO NOT ship fixed neck guitars in hard shell cases unless you want to pay exorbanant fedex over seas shipping rates. Bolt on neck guitars ship for $200.00 flat rate anywhere in the world, insured by way of the United States Postal service Prioity Mail International, insured. We are not responcible for any issues or problems caused by customs, including lost packages. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico can run between $50.00 to $100.00 please call or email chancemusic@yahoo.com for pricing.

Returns are handled on a one to one basis. DUE TO THE HUGE INCREASE OF CUSTOMERS WITH BUYER'S REMORSE, WE ARE NO LONGER OFFERING CASH REFUNDS, ONLY IN STORE CREDIT.We discourage our customers from ordering something to "try it out" then returning it. All the guitars and amps we sell are hand picked for playability and quality. I am a professional musician who continues to work for national acts, plus I have small hands, and I am very objective about guitars. If they are not right, they go back to the manufacturer, period. No compromises. Any of the products I sell, would be more than satisfactory for me to perform on, so I can , with confidence, sell these items, knowing my customers will enjoy and use them. We are not some corporate super-store that promotes the Wally World mentality of free returns after 90 days, we are a mom & pop music store with a great little web presence. The owner (me)is the guitar tech, shipping and packing clerk and only salesperson. We have no million dollar cash reserves to play with, we try the best we can, within human means, to provide quality products at a reasonable price. Please keep in mind some products pricing is depending on supply and demand and not not subject to the super-store "discount" mentality.  There will be a minimum of a 25 percent re-stocking fee on any and all items, plus shipping and paypal /credit card fees. In the event you have a special order, which requires modification of a product, under no circumstances can that item be returned for credit, only for repair. In the vent your order is damaged by the shipper, we are under no obligation to offer refunds,returns, or replacement of said item(s). We will assist you, any way we can, with the claim process, but we do not warranty to product of the shipping company (which is their shipping services) we do insure every item.
